II. MODERN HIGH-TECH PRODUCTION LINE SYSTEM

With a factory spanning 120,000m², East Asia Aluminum boasts a smart, modern production system that applies advanced technology at every stage—from aluminum billet storage, casting, extrusion, powder coating, wood grain finishing to final product processing and assembly.

1. CASTING EQUIPMENT 

Equipped with four 30-ton smelting furnaces and two modern billet homogenizing furnaces, along with high-quality raw materials, East Asia Aluminum ensures large-scale aluminum billet production with consistent quality, guaranteeing a stable supply for subsequent production stages.

2. EXTRUDING EQUIPMENT 

With 24 advanced extrusion lines ranging from 600 tons to 4500 tons, Nhom Dong A is capable of producing a diverse range of highly precise and complex products. Notably, the largest extrusion press, with a capacity of 4500 tons, enables the production of aluminum profiles with diameters up to 50 cm.

3. MOLD WORKSHOP

The mold workshop is equipped with cutting-edge machinery and automation technology, including a smart mold storage and transportation system that optimizes space and operational efficiency. Additionally, the workshop features a range of high-precision mold processing machines such as CNC machines, grinders, EDM machines, milling machines, wire-cutting machines, and drilling machines, ensuring the production of high-precision molds that meet stringent technical requirements.

4. POWDER COATING EQUIPMENT

East Asia Aluminum operates three vertical coating lines, two horizontal coating lines, and two wood grain finishing lines to meet diverse market needs. The advanced coating technology ensures durable, weather-resistant surfaces with long-lasting aesthetic appeal.

5. ANODIZING EQUIPMENT

Equipped with a state-of-the-art anodizing line, East Asia Aluminum meets the highest quality and aesthetic standards. The modern anodizing technology enhances surface durability, corrosion resistance, and provides a luxurious, uniform finish suitable for various applications, from construction to industrial uses.

6. FABRICATING EQUIPMENT

The company's processing workshop features high-precision equipment, including 14 punching machines, 4 CNC machines, 5 laser cutters, 3 automated welding robots, 8 cutting machines, and specialized equipment such as screw machines, labeling machines, and dedicated CNC machines. This ensures the ability to manufacture and process a wide range of technical requirements, from simple to complex designs.

7. AUTOMATED CONVEYOR SYSTEM  

One of the outstanding technological factors at East Asia Aluminum is automation, which has been applied to almost every stage of the production process. The automated transportation system—from aluminum billet handling, cargo compartment transfer, to mold transportation—creates a modern production workflow, ensuring increased productivity and superior product quality.

8. FINAL PRODUCT WAREHOUSE 

East Asia Aluminum owns two large finished goods warehouses, scientifically designed to optimize storage space and ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment. The automated shipping technology system enhances inventory management efficiency, promptly meeting customer demands.
